The 83’s – Probably the best music blog in Montreal

After what may have seemed like an eternity of holiday vacation, all is goign back to normal as we head back to work / school / our normal everyday slacking. It’s now 2010 and as the saying goes, the ’show must go on’.

I found the last half of 2009 pretty slow for big releases in the arena of house & electro, minus the really hot track here and there. However 2009 was a huge year for EDM (electronic dance music) overall. It was the year that it broke out into the mainstream minds of alot of people who prior to last year wouldnt give any hosue or electro the time of day.

2010 could mark a great crossover year as EDM grows and grows, here’s some nice sounding tracks that i’ve been compiling as of late and my latest bootleg dubbed “Reveal Your Heart’ (a remix of Axwell’s Open Your Heart & East & Young’s epic single Reveal)…
