In need of some serious Halloween Heat? I know I was up till yesterday when I sat down and went through my blog roll and re-upped on my scary tunes. The result is a laid out Dirrty Dancin’ Mix that is 100% Halloween Horror House… That will be up Friday but for nwo im giving everyone some choice Halloween House tunes to heat up their parties this weekend.. enjoy boils and ghouls
Heard this track on the radio coming home from the movies tonight, thought I was tripping out when I heard Johnny Cash behind some heavy electro house chords. Expect this one in an upcoming sWaZy mix.. I keep hearing this paaaaw sound in the distance
here is part 1 of my Phlashback series begins… I figured getting some tracks that are a little bit dusty in my collection on the blog would be a good feel. Im gonna make this an ongoing thing, if you have any requests dont be shy to comment ..
Just completed this remix for a contest run by the Muttonsheads. House vibe, my buddy said it reminded him of Daft Punk. Enjoy, I’d appreciate any comments you have on it...Thank you
With the weekend seemlingly minutes away, the83’s 2004 Party going down Saturday night (For more info on it Click Here) I thgouth Id throw down some smooth House jams to get the weekend rolling. I got some brand spank Chris Lake, some smooth Taio Cruz and Foamy Franz Ferdinand…enjoy…
Michele Balduzzi (aka Phonat) is rapidly becoming one of the most respected dance producers in the UK. Originally from Florence, Italy. Michele armed only with a 5 year old computer, electric guitar and Ryan Air ticket dutifully relocated to London in late 2007. This ones for Crazy Swazy !
A lot of noise has been going around concerning Axwell’s touch on the new single from TV Rock. So never being one to miss on some buzz, here is the track making the noise – support the artists, buy the track Beatport
I don’t know what it is today, but I was in a house mood (maybe the influence from our third man here on the blog, Mr. Swazzy). I was listening to some dusty Gabriel and Dresden beats this afternoon, and then decided to listen to some Paul Oakenfold remix of G&D. I had not listened to that stuff since my European trip in 2007…wow…did I forget how good “Dangerous Power” is. That song has some loud guitars, beautiful voices and just the perfect length. It’s such an amazing audio journey. As a bonus, I decided to post a chillout version of their big hit “As The Rush Comes” as well as a remixed version by Paul Oakenfold. I hope it starts your week-end in a good way…because I’ve been looking forward to this one for a while…Fake Blood with Cherry tonight @ Foufs!!!
Soooooooo tired, waking up in the AM is pure sorcery….. baah since it is now the PM I guess I should stop bitching…. here’s a batch of choice tunes to get you by the day…. Got some mellow House from Dj Antoine and Kaskade on the remix, a special Remix of La Roux’s In for the Kill by an up and coming producer named Danyo Wallem….and some new Deadmau5, the dj every dj loves to hate…
Also I have updated my contact/booking info – If anyone in and around the Montreal area would like to book Phat sWaZy for a night of mayhem and music then simply hit me up @ phatswazydj@gmail.com or hit up my Booking&Bio for more information on myself.
After emerging from my party induced weekend daze, I put some pieces together from my weekend. One of the highlights from the Klaas show was him playing this remix of one of my all time fave chillout house anthems “Cafe Del Mar” now up until then I was content with the Deadmau5 remix…but upon hearing a killer remix on Sunday night I just had to have it….A couple of google searches later and I proudly present to the good people @ the83’s – Cafe Del First Time
I’ve been listening to the Jizzo – March 2009 mix lately in my car and there’s always this one track that gets me going. So I searched for the track listing and bam ! Dopefish came trough… I’ve always enjoyed seeing the club go crazy when any DJ drops “welcome to Jamrock” the original version… Dj’s often turn to Reggae to get the dance floor full and Welcome to Jamrock is undoubtably the best drop / transition song they can use to get the crowd going. Well Folks, Dopefish kicked it up a notch ! I quote one of my friends on this one : “The fastest that gets paid, is the fastest that gets laid !”..
We’ve posted material about Barcelona’s Sidechains before and it’s always fun to here what they’ve been up too. I’ve been in a house music mood lately and this one really made it to the top of this week’s list. For sure to be included in the next For You Mixtape.
